The four founder communities passed the constitution of the society on 4th of June 2009.

At the 6th meeting of members of 18th June 2014, the modifications of the constitution were approved.

At the 11th meeting of members of 19th June 2019, the modifications of the constitution were approved.

At the 13th meeting of members of 14th June 2023, the modifications of the constitution were approved.
